Our Refund & Cancellation Policies

We are an E-commerce, digital marketing, and web development service provider company.

Our refund policy has been designed in such a way which makes it easy for our clients to understand.

Please read the below refund policies carefully:

WEB DEVELOPMENT & DESIGN POLICY:

We provide a demo website to our client’s so that they can check our quality of work and hence become comfortable before working with us. Before making a payment for our services feel free to contact us if you have any query.

ADVANCE PAYMENT POLICY:

When you are comfortable with taking our service, you have to make a 50% payment in advance for hiring us for any kind of services which we provide. If our client wants to cancel the project then He/She can cancel the project within 15 days but the advance money will not be refundable.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

1.1. Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • Advance Notice: Clients may cancel services by providing written notice (via email or official communication channels) at least 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of the service. No cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations made within this period.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 to 14 calendar days of the scheduled start date may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee. Cancellations within 7 days or less of the start date are non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).
  • Ongoing Projects: For ongoing projects, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds for partially completed services will be evaluated based on the work completed and agreed-upon milestones, with any refundable amount processed within 10 business days.

1.2. SAS Ventures & Technologies-Initiated Cancellations

  • If SAS Ventures & Technologies cancels a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient resources, technical issues, or force majeure), clients will be offered:
    • A full refund of any prepaid fees, processed within 10-12 business days.
    • The option to reschedule the service at no additional cost, subject to availability.
    • A service credit equivalent to the prepaid amount, valid for 12 months.

2. REFUND POLICY

2.1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Full Refunds: Clients are eligible for a full refund if:
    • The cancellation is made at least 14 calendar days before the service start date.
    • SAS Ventures & Technologies cancels the service for reasons not attributed to the client.
    • The service is not delivered as agreed upon due to SAS Ventures & Technologies failure to meet contractual obligations.
  • Partial Refunds: For cancellations within 7 to 14 days, a partial refund (50% of the service fee) may be issued, minus any non-refundable expenses (e.g., third-party vendor fees, setup costs).
  • Non-Refundable Items: Service fees for work already completed, travel expenses, third-party software licenses, or other pre-paid extras are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

2.2. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-12 business days of the refund request approval.
  • For payments made in cash or via bank transfer, SAS Ventures & Technologies will contact the client to confirm the preferred account for the refund.
  • Clients must provide accurate payment details to avoid delays. SAS Ventures & Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect banking information.

2.3. Service Credits

  • In lieu of a cash refund, clients may opt for a service credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Credits can be applied to any SAS Ventures & Technologies service, subject to availability.

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

  • Online: Clients can submit cancellation or refund requests through the SAS Ventures & Technologies client portal (if available) or by emailing at (sasventures.corporate@gmail.com).
  • Customer Support: Contact our support team at (+91-9830050871) or (sasventures.corporate@gmail.com) for assistance. Please provide your service agreement number, booking reference, or other relevant details.
  • Processing Time: Refund requests will be acknowledged within 3-4 business days, with final processing completed within 10-12 business days.

4. Additional Terms

  • SAS Ventures & Technologies reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or direct client notifications.
  • All refunds are subject to applicable taxes and fees, which may be non-refundable based on local regulations.
  • For services booked through third-party agencies, clients must contact the agency directly for cancellations or refunds, as their policies may apply.
